Your Responsibilities

- Use SmatPay for legal and legitimate purposes only.

Prohibited Activities
- Illegal Goods and Services: This includes, but is not limited to, narcotics, weapons, counterfeit products, money laundering, fraudulent transactions, drug paraphernalia, and disclosing personal information of third parties without legal authorization.
- Material Deemed Harmful: This encompasses pornography (Adult Entertainment), escort services, hate speech, content that infringes on intellectual property rights, sites that promote Hatred, Racism, or Religious Persecution, and promoting pyramid/Ponzi schemes, “get-rich-quick” schemes, or certain multi-level marketing programs.
- Financial Services: Acting as a payment intermediary, aggregator, or service bureau for third-party transactions is strictly prohibited. This includes currency exchange and check cashing businesses.
- High-Risk Products: This includes marijuana, dietary supplements not approved by relevant authorities, and miracle cures with unsubstantiated claims.
- Offensive Content: This covers stolen goods, materials that promote illegal activities, and items that could be deemed generally offensive.
- Weapons and Dangerous Goods: This includes firearms, ammunition, high-capacity magazines, weapons (swords, knives, etc.), and malware (including computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware, unauthorized rootkits, and other malicious and unsolicited software).
- Gambling and Prize-Based Activities: All forms of gambling are prohibited, including lotteries, online gambling (poker), sports betting, and activities related to gambling, gaming, or prize-based attractions without prior approval from SmatPay and relevant authorities.
- Financial Products and Services: Purchases of annuities, lottery contracts, layaway systems, offshore banking, or credit card debt financing/refinancing are not permitted through SmatPay.
Restricted Activities (Prior Approval Required)
- Donations and Charitable Solicitations: Charities, non-profit organizations, and fundraising activities require prior approval.
- Travel and Timeshares: Travel agencies, tour operators, and timeshare services must obtain approval before using our platform.
- Third-Party Payment Processing Marketplaces: Marketplaces that process payments for third parties need prior authorization.

Enforcement
